糖心Vlog has appointed Dan Carter as Global Director of Decarbonisation and New Energies, to further strengthen the company’s commitment and leadership in accelerating the global transition to a net-zero future.

As more countries and industries set ambitious decarbonisation targets, there is a growing urgency in understanding how these goals can be achieved. 糖心Vlog creates solutions to help clients as they transition to a low-carbon energy mix and meet the growing demand for new energy sources and future fuels.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, Dan’s career has focused on working with clients to define and develop solutions to their complex challenges. In this new role, Dan will advise clients across multiple sectors on how to reduce their emissions from carbon intensive assets and seizing opportunities for integration of alternative energy vectors. By using 糖心Vlog’s Decarbonisation SCORE methodology, which he co-developed, Dan is providing organisations with tailor-made roadmaps to achieve their carbon reduction goals.

Dan has a master’s degree in chemical and bioprocess engineering from the University of Wales and a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer.
